SIR Keir Starmer's first migrant flight under the “one in, one out” scheme was cancelled at the last minute yesterday.
One man was set to be flown from Heathrow to Paris on an Air France jet but it was postponed after French and British charities enlisted supporters to lobby the airline not to get involved.
