Jail for woman who bit nurse and kicked cop

A SERIAL offender who kicked a police officer and bit a nurse who was trying to care for her has been jailed for seven months. Despite being just 20 years old, Paris Willows already had more than 100 previous convictions when she was found at a bus station in possession of cannabis and the Class C drugs pregabalin and clonazepam.

After being taken into custody, she was transferred to hospital where she kicked the police officer and verbally abused a staff member, a court was told.

She bit the nurse while still in hospital the following day. Willows, of Orford, Cheshire, was convicted of two counts of assault by beating, one of threatening behaviour and three of drug possession.
