Islamic State bride Begum on brink of release in Syria

ISIS bride Shamima Begum may be on the brink of being freed from detention in Syria, after it was revealed that Islamic State prisoners are being bussed out of camps.
Footage verified by the Express shows coaches of former members being escorted by military vehicles on a desert road towards Iraq.
Some 10,000 ex-fighters, their brides and relatives were detained at two sites in North-east Syria, with Begum and 65 other Isis-linked Britons currently being held.
Citizenship
She fled the UK for Syria aged 15 to join the group 10 years ago this week.
After being captured by coalition forces as Isis was routed, Begum had her British citizenship withdrawn in 2019.
