unique concept restaurant, I took in the views of Palm West Beach as I sat outside for breakfast.
Despite it being barely past 9am, its buffet featured a range of dishes from full-blown curries to the more typical pastries and fruit.
One of the most interesting elements of breakfast at the Hilton hoteland across all of its 13 UAE properties - is the effort put into making a concerted effort to have zero food waste.
Each hotel has a groundbreaking AI system in place called Winnow where leftover food is thrown into a machine to calculate the exact amount of each portion wasted.
