Joan stars as former king's wife Wallis Simpson

SHE is a Dame, she has headed up a Dynasty and now, after a stellar 75-year career, Hollywood queen Joan Collins is finally playing real-life royalty.

The 91-year-old screen legend stars as Wallis Simpson in a new movie - and, as these pictures show, the resemblance is extraordinary.

Joan, in a fur-cuffed coat and sunglasses, looks just like the Duchess of Windsor as she tends to flowers in a scene from biopic The Bitter End.
