Fans told to expect thunder, rain and sunshine at festival

GLASTONBURY festival-goers have been warned to pack both sunscreen and wellies for this year’s event.
The extravaganza — which starts on June 25 — could see a mixture of scorching sunshine and thundery downpours, according to early indications.
The Worthy Farm, Somerset, event is set to host more than 200,000 people and is famed for past mud baths.
Amateur forecaster James Carter, 30, of Worle, Somerset, has been studying weather models ahead of the festival.
