Gardening couple sue neighbour for blocking mower access to lawn

AN elderly couple are suing their wellness guru neighbour for blocking access to their front lawn and telling them to drag a mower through their cottage if they want to cut their grass.

Barry and Sarah Dean say they have used a right of way for years over part of their neighbours' land to bring their mower and wheelbarrows.

But they claim that changed when wellness coach and "energy healer" Claire White and her partner Bidjan Nathan-gated off access.

Mr Nathan, 57, and Ms White, 49, say their neighbours had no right to cross the land, telling them instead to drag the mower through the house or down their own garden steps.

So retired financial adviser Mr Dean, 75, and his former estate agent wife, 70, are suing their neighbours for blocking their "right of way".
