'Faulty machines' claim sparks calls for parking fee shake-up

CLAIMS that a car park firm is fining users when ticket machines are faulty have reignited calls for a Government-backed code of conduct to finally be introduced.
RAC head of policy Simon Williams said alleged events in the Town Square car park in Syston, Leics show the industry's code of practice "isn't working".
