EZE DOES IT FOR ARTETA

LEADING THE WAY Eze takes the plaudits after spectacular strike BOSSING IT Arteta celebrates a scrappy win he valued more than any this season

MIKEL ARTETA saluted Eberechi Eze's “unbelievable” winner against Crystal Palace and claimed it was Arsenal's best result of the season.

Eze scored a spectacular scissor kick against his former club to settle a hard-fought, scrappy affair which strengthened Arsenal's grip at the top of the table.

The Gunners saw Declan Rice (left), William Saliba and Riccardo Calafiori go off injured but they held on for a precious win after a 10th clean sheet in 13 games this season.
