Cycle rack row leaves gallery owner in a spin

A BUSINESSMAN says council chiefs are “crazy” after they reinstalled a bike rack in front of a doorway he wants for his new art gallery.
Roger Knight, 67, and wife Melanie, 55, found space for SQ Gallery last October, after buying an old Barclays bank building.
They want their showroom on the first floor, while daughter Jodie and her husband Dominic run Toddlerville children’s play centre on the ground floor of the building in Dover, Kent.
Toddlerville is accessed through the main entrance, but the gallery needs to be entered from the blocked-off side door in another road.
