A GOOD Samaritan pensioner was murdered by a homeless man she took into her home after authorities failed to spot he was “cuckooing” her, a review has found.
Patricia Holland, 83, met career criminal and alcoholic Allan Scott, then 39, in June 2020 and let him stay at her home in Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk.
