A CHINESE PhD student thought to be one of Britain’s worst sex offenders was jailed for at least 24 years yesterday for drugging and raping 10 women.

Zhenhao Zou, 28, launched horrific attacks involving three identified women and another seven yet to be traced in London and China.

The international engineering student kept a trophy box of their belongings and filmed nine of the attacks, which jurors had to watch at Inner London Crown Court.

Police found hundreds of hours of videos half thought to have been in the UK and the others in China - and photos that he kept.

Met Police detectives fear Zou could have targeted more than 50 potential victims. More than 20 women have contacted the force saying he may have attacked them.

In court, it was revealed Zou offered to be chemically castrated in return for a lighter sentence but it was pointed out the offer did not recognise the pain and suffering he had caused.
