Boss bombarded staffer with sexist messages about her 'model looks' and 'candy toes'

AN investment firm executive has won a sex harassment claim after her infatuated boss referred to her as a "naughty girl".

Married Marc Bandemer, 59, bombarded Louise Crabtree, 49, with adoring messages, referring to her as his "second wife" and the "belle of the ball".

She was then "punished" with demotion and later dismissal when she did not reciprocate his advances, an employment tribunal heard.

Bandemer's "excessive attempt to engage in a romantic relationship" included complimenting her "fashion model" looks and "candy toes", the hearing was told.
