RAYAN AIT-NOURI said former Manchester City winger Riyad Mahrez helped convince him to join Pep Guardiola's side - not that he needed much persuading.
Ait-Nouri yesterday signed from Wolves in a deal worth up to £36million.
It will solve a long-standing problem at left-back for City, who are rebuilding after finishing third in the Premier League last season.
Mahrez, of course, spent five fabulously successful years at City, helping them win four Premier League titles, two FA Cups and the Champions League before leaving to join Saudi side Al-Ahli in 2023.
