City have agreed to take Yang Min-hyeok on loan from Tottenham Hotspur. That's according to Fabrizio Romano who claims a deal has been 'agreed today, one which would see the winger swap a relegation battle with Portsmouth for a promotion campaign with the Sky Blues.
The 19-year-old has spent the first half of the Championship campaign at Fratton Park providing three goals and one assist in 15 league games, mostly on the left of John Mousinho's team.
The development, which looks increasingly likely, will come as a blow to Mousinho who before Christmas admitted Spurs have the option of terminating the loan but insisted he felt the winger would remain with Pompey.
