Six venues named in awards shortlist

SIX Coventry venues have been shortlisted as finalists for the West Midlands Tourism Awards 2026.
Forty of the region’s best visitor-facing businesses have been shortlisted across 14 different categories.
The venues in Coventry that have been shortlisted include The Box at Fargo Village, Warwick Conferences, Belgrade Theatre, Indie Mart at Fargo Village and Putt Putt Social. The businesses will discover if they won or not next spring in an awards ceremony.
The finalists in two further award categories, Tourism Event and Festival of the Year, will be announced in December. A new prize will also be given for an individual who has made an ‘Outstanding Contribution to Tourism’.
The West Midlands Tourism Awards, now in its sixth year, celebrates the region’s best accommodation, business, cultural and sporting event venues, food and drink vendors, plus visitors and heritage attractions. The awards are organised and funded by the West Midlands Growth Company.
