A MAJOR mixed-use destination has been acquired in a significant new investment for Coventry.

Earlsdon Park comprises various buildings occupied by several leading organisations, including Premier Inn. Situated on Butts Road, the 3.65-acre site includes a 100-bed Premier Inn, 23,000 square feet of Grade A offices, and the Albany Theatre. It also features a 72,000-square-foot HQ-style office building and Earlsdon One.
