I'm grateful to have this pointed out as it is of interest if we are trying to shift our economy towards carbon neutrality as soon as possible, as per the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), based on decades of scientific advice assembled from multiple independent sources across the globe.

In reducing and halting the impact of climate breakdown, every penny or indeed sandwich, it seems, counts.
