Residents gathered at the Meadowridge Association Football Club (MAFC) fields on Saturday, February 7, for the girls division trials.
Members of the Meadowridge Association Football Club (MAFC) and the community gathered to support the girls who came to football trials.
Ward 73 councillor Eddie Andrews attended the event, where he opened proceedings for aspiring young footballers to showcase their skills ahead of the upcoming season.
Mr Andrews highlighted the importance of youth sport and active community engagement in Meadowridge.
