Take this week to think about your drinking habits

ALCOHOL Awareness Week takes place this week, the annual campaign from UK charity Alcohol Change UK which aims to get people thinking about the harm excess alcohol could be doing to them and their families.

This year's theme is Alcohol and Work and local organisations are encouraging people in Somerset to think about their drinking habits.

Public Health at Somerset Council and Somerset Drug & Alcohol Service (SDAS) will be working throughout the week, offering tips, advice and support for people who live in and around Somerset and may have concerns.

Along with promoting the week on their social media channels, the teams will be hosting information stands at local hospitals.
