PROP SAM SIGNS SCARLETS DEAL

PROP Sam O'Connor has signed his first senior contract with the Scarlets.
-
The 23-year-old has signed his deal after a fine season with the West Walians.
He made a dozen appearances and featured in both Europe and the United Rugby Championship.
The loosehead is the brother of fellow Scarlets prop Harri.
O'Connor hopes to be back in action for the start of the new season after suffering a hamstring injury towards the end of the last campaign.
He said: "Having been part of the academy here since 2019 - playing here with my brother as well - the club means a lot to me.
"I am chuffed to have signed my first senior contract.
