PONTLLIW have clinched a memorable double.

The LTC Mobility Carmarthenshire League Premier division champions added the TG Davies Premier Cup to their trophy cabinet after defeating Tumble United 4-0 in the final at Stebonheath Park.

Pontlliw took the lead on the half-hour mark through Thomas Blizzard.

With Tumble pushing forward for an equaliser, they left gaps at the back in the second half and striker Johnny Williams took advantage with a couple of well-taken goals.

Luke Rees scored the other goal for Pontlliw.

In the Premier division, Ferryside eased to an 8-0 win against Trallwm. Liam Jones scored four and Robert Hammond two.

Osian Lewis and Harry Morgan were also on target.

In the only game in division one, Kidwelly Town completed their programme with a comfortable 5-1 win at home to Bancffosfelen.

Celt Esney grabbed two of the goals for Kidwelly, and there was one each for Owain Harries, Jac Walters and Jaydon Campbell.

In midweek, Kidwelly defeated visiting Evans & Williams Reserves 5-4.
