Telangana State has become a role model for the whole of India in the caste census, said State Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister Captain N. Uttam Kumar Reddy.

He said that the Center will come down and conduct the caste census only under the pressure of the Congress party's top leader and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi.He said that the Congress party conducted a transparent caste census as soon as it came to power as promised in the elections.
