CP Sudheer Babu Urges Women to Report Fearlessly

Rachakonda Police Commissioner G. Sudheer Babu, IPS reiterated that the SHE Teams are committed to women's safety and will not spare miscreants who harass women and girls.

In a span of just 15 days, Rachakonda SHE Teams apprehended 185 offenders (139 majors and 46 minors) for harassment across various public places including bus stands, railway and metro stations, schools, colleges, markets, and other open areas.

The arrests were made through decoy operations conducted in plainclothes, where the offenders were caught red-handed and produced before courts. They were also counseled in the presence of their family members at a special session held today at LB Nagar CP Camp Office, under the supervision of the Women Safety Wing and SHE Teams.

According to DCP (Women Safety Wing) T. Usha Rani, from June 16 to June 30, the SHE Teams received 215 complaints, of which:
