Four people were killed and three others injured in a fire that broke out at a waste recycling facility in northern Vietnam's Hung Yen province on Saturday afternoon, local media Tuoi Tre (Youth) reported.

The blaze erupted at around 2:00 p.m. at the facility located in Van Lam district
