BLS International Q4 net profit jumps 69.9 pc to Rs 145.2 cr

BLS International Services Ltd on Thursday reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), with consolidated net profit surging 69.9 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 145.2 crore and revenue from operations rising 54.7 per cent to Rs 692.8 crore.

The company’s EBITDA stood at Rs 174.1 crore during the quarter, a rise of 92.8 per cent over the same period last year, while EBITDA margin improved sharply by 496 basis points to 25.1 per cent. Profit before tax (before exceptional items) grew by 78.3 per cent YoY to Rs 166.7 crore.
The robust quarterly performance was driven by sustained growth in both its key business segments — Visa & Consular Services and Digital Services — as well as continued operational efficiencies and successful integration of acquired entities.
