Adapted from Alexandra Fuller's bestselling memoir, the film was shot in South Africa and directed by Embeth Davidtz.
It features a stellar local cast including Zikhona Bali, Fumani N Shilubana, and Rob Van Vuuren.
Following its global debut at the Toronto International Film Festival, the film now returns home - bringing a deeply personal, layered African story to local audiences.
