THE National Sea Rescue Institute has confirmed that Bloubergstrand kitesurfer Graham Howes has been found dead.
NSRI spokesperson, Craig Lambinon, said Howes’ body was recovered at sea yesterday.
The 38-year-old was last seen kite-boarding offshore of Eden on the Bay in Bloubergstrand, on Sunday. Unconfirmed reports claim that rescuers found his kite about 10 metres from Robben Island.
