Baby abduction accused wants to visit her son

BAIL CONDITIONS
ALLEGED baby snatcher, Sameemah Jacobs has changed her tune, this time instead of asking the court permission to attend a religious excursion, she is keen to visit her son in Mitchell's Plain including collecting her belongings from a residence and to sign in at Delft police station.
The state is set to prove Jacobs kidnapped Imaad Sharmar from his mother, Imaan Sharmar at Middestad Mall in Bellville under the pretence that she was a volunteer for an NPO.
Jacobs, who was once again dressed in pardah, appeared agitated the moment she walked into the dock at the Bellville Magistrates' Court yesterday armed with a fresh affidavit.
She told the magistrate that her legal aid lawyer had not given her the opportunity to speak and had raised her hand inside court.
