MOVE COMES AMID WAIT FOR PIVOTAL DECISION OVER FUTURE OF £2 FARE CAP
WHIPPET bus fares are set to increase from next week, with a decision still to be made on the £2 bus fare cap.
The bus and coach operator has confirmed their fares will be changing come next Tuesday (July 1) with a number of ticket prices being increased.
The £2 single fare cap, currently funded by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority, will also be changing at the same time, but details of this change have not yet been confirmed.
