KEY SAYS SOHAM CAN MAKE PLAY-OFFS

SOHAM Town Rangers boss Lance Key is looking for his side to secure a playoff spot this season after making “massive strides” as a team during his tenure to date.

Key took over at Julius Martin Lane in November 2024, and went on to guide the Greens to a tenth-placed finish in the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division in his first season in charge.

Soham have since kicked on this campaign, with Key’s side sitting second in the table at the turn of the year, on 42 points from 22 matches played.

The Greens currently sit nine points inside the playoff places, but have played three games more than sixth placed Great Yarmouth Town, while Rangers are six points behind leaders Mulbarton Wanderers, who also have four games in hand.
