The greatest testament to this is the real estate developer's latest wins at BusinessWorld’s recently concluded Best Places to Work 2025 awards on Dec. 2 at Dusit Thani Manila in Makati City.

Among the merit awards given to Federal Land include receiving the Merit Awards for Best Place To Work Across All Organization Sizes, For Big Organizations, For Women, For Ethnic Minorities, For LGBTQ+, For the Disabled, For Ages 16-34, and For Employee Wellbeing.
