M3M to invest ₹2,100 cr in Jacob & Co’s branded housing debut in India

Gurugram-based developers M3M group on Thursday announced its collaboration with luxury watchmaker Jacobs and Co, to build the latter’s first branded residence in India for an investment of 22,100 crore.
Spread on asix-acre site in Noida, the project would include 3,4, and § BHK premium luxury residences, which would be priced between the range of £14 crore and 2s crore.
According to people inthe know, M3M had acquired the land through an auction by the Noida Authority.
