It would also provide support during unanticipated supply chain disruptions and shocks to sub-sectors in the economy without deviating from the fiscal consolidation roadmap, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman told the Lok Sabha on Friday.Replying to a discussion of the second supplementary demand for grants, the finance minister said the fund is proposed to be met partly through existing appropriation and additional allocation.
