Raising money to help five Scouts reach the jamboree

A FUND-RAISING parade and gala day raised much-needed cash for the Donisthorpe Scout Group in June 2001.
More than 80 Cubs, Beavers and Scouts enjoyed the day which included stalls, sideshows and a barbecue.
A magician provided fun and trickery, and there were thrills and spills on quad bikes, bouncy castles and a bouncy slide.
