Confidence is flowing after win - Bowyer

Michael Skubala has led Lincoln City to second place in the League One table.

Burton Albion travel to Lincoln tonight to face off against the second placed side live on TV knowing they can move even further clear of the drop zone by taking advantage of playing before everyone else does this weekend.

They come into it with real momentum having beaten Huddersfield 3-1 on Saturday and Boreham Wood 5-0 in the FA Cup to earn a glamour tie with West Ham boosted by the returns of the goalscoring Jake Beesley, captain Udoka Godwin-Malife and Seb Revan and the form of new signing Kain Adom who has hit the ground running.

Albion will be hoping to replicate some of their heroic away performances this season which have included wins at the likes of Cardiff and Bradford.

However, the hosts themselves are in good form having put five past Peterborough and drawn with Luton last time out.

They sit three points clear of Bradford in third and currently occupy the last remaining automatic promotion spot behind Cardiff City.
