Passengers start holiday without their luggage and medication

RYANAIR has blamed a third-party handling provider at Bristol Airport after dozens of holidaymakers arrived in Gran Canaria to find none of their checked luggage had made it onto the plane.

The airline confirmed bags due to travel on flight FR4757 on Friday were “regrettably not loaded” due to an error on the ground, insisting it had acted quickly to resolve the issue. The affected suitcases were flown out on the next available flight the following afternoon.
