'Danger' Store sold illegal vapes and tobacco

A SHOPKEEPER has been sentenced to 150 hours of community service for selling and possessing illegal oversized vapes and illegal tobacco.

Zring Mustafa, 40, of St Philips was sentenced at Bristol Magistrates' Court after pleading guilty to 16 tobacco offences, following an investigation by Bristol Trading Standards.
These included eight offences relating to Zring Mustafa as an individual and eight offences relating to him as the sole director of In And Out, the company which at that time ran the shop involved in the sales and possession.
In addition to a 12-month community order with 150 hours of unpaid work, the court also ordered the removal of the illegal tobacco and vapes.
