Comedy favourite joins line-up at tiny cocktail bar

STAR comedian James Acaster known for selling out his stand-up comedy shows in a matter of minutes - is set to play at a tiny North Street cocktail bar and whisky shop in October.

Spirited in Southville street is hosting the Oppo Comedy event on October 15. Tickets go on sale today at 10am.
Acaster is best known for his whimsical comedy style. He's a regular on TV, appearing on Taskmaster and many other shows, has had Netflix specials and is the co-host of the hugely-popular Off Menu podcast.
The team at Oppo said: "Oppo Comedy has a unique heritage - set up by some of Bristol's biggest comics way back in the day, anyone you've ever heard of has cut their teeth at this night.
