Appeal Charity hopes to support 3,000 families

A CHARITY appeal to help Bristol families this winter has got off to a strong start but is now seeking substantial support from the private sector to meet its ambitious target.
Unique Voice, a Bristol-based Community Interest Company (CIC), confirmed this week it had secured a £7,000 donation from The Lord Mayor of Bristol's Children Appeal toward its Winter Activity and Food Pack Campaign.
While the donation has been warmly received, the organisation is now facing the demanding logistics and financial realities of delivering on its mission to support 3,000 families across the city during the coldest months.
