'Aparthotel' plan for office block

TWO additional floors are set to be built on top of a “dated” office block in Weston-super-Mare to turn it into a “vibrant new aparthotel.”

Bristol-based developers the Boyce Group have been granted planning permission by North Somerset Council to turn the building by the end of the High Street above The Phone Guys, Marks Mobile Butchers, Coral, and the First Bus office into a new “aparthotel.” All the businesses downstairs will remain open throughout the construction work.
