FYDELL HOUSE ALMOST READY FOR JULY OPENING AFTER EXTENSIVE 2.3M RESTORATION PROJECT
A 300-year-old house in Boston is set to reopen following an extensive 2m restoration.
The 2.3m Fydell House project started in June 2025 and, a year later, the careful restoration of the historic house has been completed in the town’s cultural quarter.
The South Street building is used for weddings, conferences and other forms of room hire, and throughout the restoration works there have also been hard hat tours of the site.
Major repairs have been carried out on the roof, as well as electrical work, new heating, a new kitchen, redecoration inside and out, as well as other improvements.
