Sex pest avoids jail over court order breach

Encouraging a female child under the age of 16 to engage in sexual activity
A registered sex offender was spared jail despite breaking a court order banning him from being in the same house as children.
Landscaping boss Stuart Throp admitted staying at the home of his girlfriend, who has three children, when he appeared before a judge in Preston.
He also pleaded guilty to messaging the oldest child on WhatsApp, breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order imposed by a court four years ago.
