Plans to turn house into resort holiday home

A house in Blackpool's South Shore could become serviced holiday accommodation if plans get the go-ahead.
Bolton Street in South Shore
An application has been submitted to Blackpool Council for use of premises on Bolton Street as serviced holiday accommodation.
The applicants have applied for 'change of use' consent to allow them to rent out their second home.
In planning documents to support the bid, they state: "We would like to apply for change of use for this property to be able to rent it out as a holiday let.
