Five nights of closures begin as resort roadworks continue

Roadworks will be closed at a busy Blackpool junction until the end of the week.

Motorists warned to expect delays as two-way temporary lights installed at Common Edge Road
Starting yesterday, the junction of School Road and Common Edge Road will be closed for resurfacing between 6pm and 5am.
The works are due to be completed by Saturday morning, weather permitting. Once completed, installation of the new traffic signal equipment will begin.
