SUSPECT 'LUCKY NOT TO FALL' DURING TENSE STAND-OFF WITH POLICE
THIS was the moment a man perched high on a Birmingham rooftop was said to have “launched tiles” at the emergency services during a tense standoff.
Police were called after a suspect was spotted climbing across the top of several houses in Selly Oak.
Footage captured on a mobile phone showed a man wobbling as he balanced on the roofs before he started ripping up tiles and hurling them to the street below.
