Family tribute to loving dad as men arrested in murder probe

THE heartbroken family of a 'devoted' dad have paid tribute to their loved one after he died in hospital following a Birmingham house fire.

Daniel Gardner was seriously injured in the fire which broke out at a property on Saxons Way in Highters Heath shortly before 1.10am on Friday.
The 37-year-old dad was rushed to hospital where he sadly died a short time later.
West Midlands Police last week launched a murder investigation into the incident.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder on Sunday. He remains in police custody.
