FAST FOOD RESTAURANT HITS BACK AT 'GREEN MOULD' FRIES COMMENT
A BIRMINGHAM chicken shop said its fries were among “the best around” as it denied serving a customer “green mould” chips.
Management at the fast food restaurant said exposure on the potato from sunlight and chlorophyll may have given the diner the wrong impression.
The incident happened at Roscoe's in Alfred St, Sparkbrook, which has four out of five stars on Google Reviews.
One happy customer, Safa, said: “Very nice and clean restaurant with friendly staff and spacious seating. The Omega Burger is definitely recommended.”
