Confidence boost suits Taylor for Moors' trip to Lambs

MATT Taylor is hoping it won't be just the three points which will be the biggest result from Solihull Moors' trip to Southend United last weekend.

Confidence from a first away win in 2025 against a play-off contender will count even more as Moors bid to end a frustrating spell with a positive finale to the National League season.

After just a second victory in 16 outings, Solihull lie seven points clear of the drop zone as they prepare to travel down the M42 to face Tamworth, another side pushing to break into the play-offs

The Lambs sit tenth, four points behind FC Halifax in the final play-off spot, but Moors head coach Taylor suggests there will be an extra spring in his players' step when they head out at the Lamb today.
