Angry neighbour leaves note left next to pile of rubbish

A FLY-TIPPER who dumped a pile of building materials on a street corner was left a strongly-worded note saying they "should be ashamed".

A board, mattress, planks of wood, tiling and a cabinet appeared on the corner of Willows Road and Willows Crescent in Moseley, late last week.
The items blocked the pavement and leaving local people angry and disgusted.
Someone even scrawled on the dirty board propped up against a garden wall: "Whoever dumped this should be ashamed of yourself.
